Application and Features of FORTUNE M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine
1. FORTUNE M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine is operated by hand and can be controlled and actuated either by power or by hydraulic system;
2. In comparison, M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine is greater rigidity and resestance to temperature change deformation of the machine body; large diameter for grinding wheel spindle; more power of M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinder grinding wheel and use of small orifice lubricant restrictor for off setting table load for better table lubrication. All these improvements result in higher efficiency and better finish in grinding performance;
3. M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinder table longitudinal travel, wheel head raped approach and withdrawal and autonatic periodic cross infeed are driven hydro-electrically by pushing button operation. The Cylindrical Grinder also has the following functions: hand-operated worktable and wheel head manually traverse infeed plus hydraulic tailstock quill retraction by foot;
4. M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinder headstock can be swiveled in counter-clockwise direction in 90 degree range. By swiveling the headstock, or wheelhead or table, components with different external or internal taper can be ground. By turning down the internal grinding attachment, internal surface of components can be provided for grinding selection. 6 sets of internal cylindrical grinding pin are available;
5. M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine Workpiece, external and internal grinding wheels, hydraulic and coolant pumps are all driven separately by individual motors;
6. All the power moving portions of FORTUNE Brand M1432B Universal Cylindrical Grinder are interlocked by electro hydraulic mechanism to ensure safety in operation. External and internal grinding wheels are guarded in sound and strong covers.
